31 weeks!

Well Tuesday marked 31 weeks and Thursday marked exactly 2 months from the due date which means TODAY will be 2 months AFTER the due date...and I don't care what the nurses tell me; I don't want to plan to go a week past the due date! So baby...I expect you to be here in 2 months ok? (Hopefully that kick means ok) :)

The Pumpkin Walk

So there are a few things that are pretty cool in Logan, and I figured I better remember them before the super cold weather kicks in (so far we've been lucky!).
Every October they have what is called "The Pumpkin Walk" which is where people sign up for spots at the park and build a scene using pumpkins. There is always a theme and this year it was "my favorite things". So here are some of the cool ones (I saved the best for last...so stick with it!)

The Blunt-ness of 5 year-olds

So I am a Kindergarten aide at a nearby elementary school. I work with Kindergartners one-on-one. So today I pulled a little boy out into the hall for some testing and the first thing he says to me:
"I know you're pregnant."
Me: "Oh really? How do you know?" (totally expecting him to say something about mt belly)
Boy: "You're a little fat. Not A LOT...but a little. But its ok!"
I just laughed!! He's lucky I'm not that emotional...yet!

We're Pregnant!! (sorry we're 30 weeks late!)

So I realize it has been a VERY long time since we have posted anything...but in our defense we never had internet until recently....SO hopefully things will start changing now! But the biggest change we have had since the last posting is that we're pregnant! And if you didn't know that by now...we need to catch up...because today marks 30 weeks!! Hallelujah! Here are some pictures of my growing abdomen! Hopefully it goes back one of these days! So here is a little catch up of our life the past almost 8 months!

The pregnancy test (duh)...We were shocked it happened so quickly!

Me at 7 weeks...yes we did go on a cruise!! And yes...it was a somewhat bad idea! I've never felt so sick in my life!! My dear Babe held my hair as I spent the first day hugging the toilet...well he held it until he almost couldn't hold it...if you get my drift. ;)

Here at 19 weeks...we found out we're having a girl!!

24 weeks

And 27 weeks.

Today marks 30 weeks!! Yay! But you'll have to wait till next week for a pic...sorry!
